The Ramachandran modelled favoured about 92.58% residue and with a few outliers. The local quality score was on average above 0.7 for most of the residue. Finally, when in comparison with other non-redundant PDB structure, the model structure gave a ZMEAN of above 0.5 and a deviation of between 1 and 2.
