HFDPCs were seeded into six-well plates (2 × 106 cells/well) and treated with CMX at 1.56 and 3.13 µg/mL for 24 h. Whole-cell lysates were immunoblotted with the specific antibodies indicated on the left side of each panel. GAPDH served as an internal loading control. The bar chart displays the intensity of the immunoblot after normalization to the levels of GAPDH or the total form of phospho-protein.
