THP-1 cells differentiated into macrophages were pre-treated with 5 (200 nM) (C), prednisone (200 nM) (D) or DMF (0.1% v/v) (A = negative control, B = positive control) for 1 h. LPS was used for activation of NF-κB migration (B–D). The NF-κB translocation was observed by fluorescent microscope after 1 h of stimulation with LPS, the intensity of fluorescence reflects the measure of NF-κB translocation.
