Effect of G570 in Laser-induced CNV model. A healthy profile of C57BL/6 mice was recorded by FFA 7 days before laser injury. Laser injury was executed on day 0. After laser injury, G570 was intraperitoneally administered (20 mg/kg per day) on days 0, 1, 3, and 5. The Eylea group, which served as the positive control, was treated by intravitreal injection (40 μg/1 μL per eye) on day 0. FFA was recorded at days −7, 0, 7, 14, and 21.
