Prolonged high temperature alters the auxin response in Col-0 and act7-4 roots. (A) IAA2::GUS and act7-4XIAA2::GUS at 23 and 29 °C. Five-day-old IAA2::GUS and act7-4XIAA2::GUS seedlings were transferred to 23 and 29 °C for 72 h.
