Box-Behnken experimental design with 15 + 6 runs, with three independent SFE parameters: pressure, temperature and CO2 flow rate. The additional six experiments (runs 16–21) were performed to evaluate the effects of these variables and also the particle size of the cherry seed oil (CSO).
