Adsorption of proteins on the CPP-plasmid DNA nanoparticles. CPP-pGL3 nanoparticles or pGL3 alone were immobilised on streptavidin-superparamagnetic beads and incubated in foetal bovine serum (a) or murine serum (b) for 5 or 60 min at room temperature. After pull-down of formed complexes, proteins were separated on 9% acrylamide gel and visualised by silver staining. One representative of three independent experiments is presented.
