In MEGA 7.0, phylogenetic trees without roots were developed using the neighbor-joining (NJ) process. At each node, bootstrap values of 1,000 replicates are indicated. The phylogenetic tree resulted in a tree that was divided into five classes, with AtYABBYs representing the YABBY sequences of Arabidopsis, OsYABBYs representing the YABBY sequences of rice, and PeYABBYs representing the YABBY sequences of bamboo.
