Thermal stability of the isolated human WT- and ΔF508-NBD1-1S. Unfolding of the domains was monitored by differential scanning fluorimetry (DSF) in the presence of SYPRO orange as described. The fluorescence intensity was expressed as the percentage of the maximum as a function of temperature. As indicated, ΔF508-NBD1-1S thermal melt was also determined in the presence of 10% glycerol.
