Effects of supplemental LED light duration on the expression levels of CsRbc L (A), CsRbc S (B), CsFBPase (C), CsFBA (D), CsTK (E), CsGAPDH (F), CsSPS (G), CsSS (H), CsAI (I), and CsNI (J) in cucumber leaves. After LED light treatment for 30 days, 10 cucumber leaves were selected from the third leaf from the top in each treatment, washed and dried immediately, and then placed in liquid nitrogen. They were stored in a refrigerator at –80°C for total RNA extraction and subsequent qRT-PCR experiments. Values are expressed as mean ± SE (n = 3). Bars that are significantly different based on the Duncan’s multiple range test (p < 0.05) are indicated with different lowercase letters.
