Huaier inhibits the methylation levels of CDKN2A and TP53, and promotes the expression of CDKN2A and TP53 in SCL-1 and A431 cells. SCL-1 cells were treated with 0, 4, 8, or 16 mg/mL of Huaier. (A and B) MSP was performed to assess the methylation levels of CDKN2A and TP53 in SCL-1 cells. (C-E) The gene and protein expression of CDKN2A and TP53 in SCL-1 cells were examined by qRT-PCR and WB. A431 cells were treated with 0, 4, 8, or 16 mg/mL of Huaier.
