a Patient A (right-hand dominant), who underwent left partial mastectomy and SLNB, had greater right-hand usage (0.540) preoperatively. The right-hand usage (non-surgically treated side) increased postoperatively up to 0.867 and gradually returned to the preoperative hand usage level on day 11. b Patient B (right-hand dominant), who underwent left  ALND had a preoperative hand ratio of 0.533 increased right-hand usage (non-surgically treated side) postoperatively up to a ratio of 0.648 and returned to preoperative hand usage level on day 14.
