Glucose and xylose concentration obtained after enzymatic hydrolysis by commercial enzymes of pre‐treated Coffee Silverskin (A) and Potato Peels (B) biomass. ThCP (4 × 10⁻⁶ M) pre‐treatment was performed for 4 h at pH 5. BSA (4 × 10⁻⁶ M) was used as control. Laccase and laccase+ ThCP pre‐treatment was performed for 24 h followed by 6 h inactivation at 50°C. Results of two technical replicates of at least three biological replicates were analysed. The mean values were compared to the control and considered significant when P < 0.05 (*P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001) according to Student's t‐test.
