On the left side, the secreted BMP2 level of hMSC and BMP2+hMSC was analyzed before and after the coculture with 143B cells. BMP2 secretion of hMSC and BMP2+hMSC on the 4th day compared and BMP2 secretion increased approximately 4-fold (p < 0.01). BMP2 levels increased in the measurements performed at the end of 4th and 14th days of cocultures (1: 1) with osteosarcoma 143B cell lines. On the right side, comparison of the gene expression of osteogenic differentiation markers in BMP2+hMSC and hMSC in vitro. The expression of PF4, COL1A1, OPN, BMP2, OCN and BMP4 were evaluated. ActB was used as the housekeeping gene in the analysis. The significance of the results with respect to the control group was indicated by asterix (*) when p < 0.01.
