High glucose facilitates the deposit of ECM via the PERK-dependent JAK2/STAT3 pathway in NRK-52E cells (n = 3). Cells were pretreated with different concentrations of GSK2606414 (10 nM, 100 nM) for 30 minutes and coincubated with 25 mmol/L glucose for 24 h.
