HAdV-A12 and -C2 infections upregulate A3B protein level, whereas HAdV-B3 infection does not change the abundance of the A3B protein. HBEC3-KT cells were infected with HAdV-A12, -B3, -C2, or mock control. Total protein extractions were done at 2 and 4 days postinfection (dpi). A3B, A3C, and A3F protein levels were assessed by Western blotting and quantified by densitometry. HSP90 was used as loading control. Error bars show standard deviations, and t test was used to assess significance (NS, nonsignificant, *, P < 0.05). The experiment was replicated at least 3 times and representative images are shown.
