Survival curves in BALB/c mice infected with C. auris (3 × 10⁷). Treatments were administered by intraperitoneal injection for AmBisome and conventional amphotericin B and orally for fluconazole (n = 10/group). Treatment consisted of once-daily dosing starting 2 h postchallenge and continuing for 7 days. Survival was monitored until day 14.
