BPDs were dosed at 60 mg/kg equivalent of T-API twice per week for two weeks for a total of 4 doses to Balb/C mice bearing 4T1 orthotopic tumors; AZD5153 was dosed at 10 mg/kg qd as a PO bolus. c, No significant weight loss was observed in any of the T2-Ome and T2-Me regimens, while the highest tolerated dose of API at 10 mg/kg caused diarrhea and showed some weight loss.
