Note. ✓ indicates the construct was assessed at that wave. Data are collected annually with an invitation and survey link sent on the anniversary of completion of the last wave completed. Participants are given 3 months from the date of the wave invitation to complete the survey. Because of staggered recruitment, the data collection period extends from February 2015 to December 2021.
