Green highlighted areas represent genomic regions in this study that were exactly coincident with Kaler et al. (2017a) genomic regions for CW.

Allelic effect: Difference in mean CW between genotypes with major allele and minor allele. Negative sign indicates that major allele is favorable for CW. Positive sign indicates that minor allele is favorable for CW.
