Effects of different dilutions of P. aeruginosa on the development of housefly larvae. Wa, Ya, Yb, Yc, Yd, and Ye represent housefly larval samples fed diets with sterile water, P. aeruginosa stock solution, and the stock solution diluted 102, 104, 106, and 108 fold, respectively. Each treatment included three biological replicates. Data are represented as the mean ± SEM. Repeated measures ANOVA followed by Sidak correction was used for multiple comparisons. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001.
