(B) There were 905 genes in the intersection contained the 2244 genes which is up-regulation in cyclin D1 knock-down cells and 2727 genes down-regulation in cyclin D1 knock-in cells; 585 genes in the intersection contained the 1738 genes which is down-regulation in cyclin D1 knock-down cells and 2811 genes up-regulation in cyclin D1 knock-in cells. (C and D) Combination with the ChIP-seq, it suggested that cyclin D1 could activate 103 genes expression and downregulate 319 genes expression by binding with DNA regions.
