The value of clinical characteristics and the number of mutations in the lipid metabolism pathway for predicting ICI efficacy. (A) Forest plot displaying the results of the univariate and multivariate Cox regression analyses in the ICI-treated cohort (Rizvi et al., 2018). The main portion of the forest plot presents the hazard ratio (HR) and 95% confidence interval (95% CI), and red dots indicate P < 0.05. Predictors of favorable outcomes have an HR < 1, and predictors of poor outcome have an HR > 1. (B) KM survival curves for PFS in 240 NSCLC patients from the ICI-treated cohort (Rizvi et al., 2018).
