X-axes indicate timepoint (D2, D7, and D14) and treatment group (control, low (1.4 ng/L ± 0.31) EE2 dose, high (3.5 ± 1.34 ng/L) EE2 dose). At Day 2 (n=27–29 per group), both treatment groups differed significantly from control (p<0.001, ANOVA with Tukey test for multiple comparisons of means). There were no significant differences in treatment groups relative to control after depuration (D7 (n=8–9 per group), D14 (n=8–10 per group)).
