Intravital lung imaging was used to assess the role of B cell margination and LXA4 on zymosan bead (white/yellow)-induced neutrophil (fluorochrome-conjugated anti-Ly6G antibody; blue) clustering. The PBS + zymosan beads, CXCL13 pretreatment + zymosan beads, and zymosan beads + LXA4 images of dynamic neutrophil clustering support the differences in neutrophil clustering highlighted in Fig. 7. Playback speed is 12 frames/s, 10 min actual imaging time per segment.
