The temporal progression of the network analysis can be divided into three main parts: the network construction from BOLD time-series averaged in the regions of interest of the AAL atlas, the percolation analysis that highlights the integration process of the network's nodes into modules according to the strength of their connectivity and finally the unpacking of the whole brain graph in terms of Maximum Spanning Trees (MSTs) that allows one to identify deviations from the hierarchical organization of the brain.
