Binding of CEACAM1 to Fnn is blocked by anti-CEACAM1 18/20 and 6G5J. (A) FITC-labeled Fnn were stained with 2 μg of human CEACAM1-Ig preincubated with 1 µg of anti-PVR or different anti-CEACAM1 antibodies. 721.221 cells were used as carrier cells.
