Two-cell-stage embryos were subjected to staining with anti-H3.1/2 and anti-H3.3 antibodies. Antibodies were preincubated with corresponding antigen peptides at a molecular ratio of 1:50 (antibody:peptide). A single experiment was performed with 8–10 embryos in each experimental group.
