Data show that BDNF significantly (one-way ANOVA; *P < 0.05; n = 50 cells from 6 animals) rescues the aging-associated increase in the IAS SMC relaxation in response to SNP (100 nM) to the levels not significantly (P > 0.05) different from the control young group (P > 0.05). The BDNF-induced changes in SNP responses were significantly (*P < 0.05) attenuated by K252a (B + K) (*P < 0.05).
