Various constituents suppressed H₂O₂-induced cytotoxicity in SH-SY5Y cells. Cells were pre-treated with different concentrations of Nonivamide (A), 3,4-Dimethoxycinnamic acid (B) or 0.1% DMSO for 2 h and then incubated with or without H₂O₂ (400 μM) for 24 h and the cell viability was detected by MTT assay. Results are shown as the mean ± SEM and represent three independent experiments. ###p < 0.001 compared with control group, *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001 compared with H₂O₂ treated group.
