Summary of 16 compound’s activity on 6 cell models. 16 compounds were tested against all cell systems established in this study, including KCl, Aβ, OA, SNP, H2O2-induced SH-SY5Y cell models and LPS-induced BV2 model, and 12 out of 16 compounds showed activity in one or more cell models, indicating potential anti-AD activity.
