Non-metric multidimensional scaling (NMDS) plots of bacterial community composition in soils with and without bacteria inoculums. ANOSIM showed non-significant differences (p > 0.05) between treatments (R = degree of separation between test groups ranging from -1 to 1; R = 0, not different; R = 1, completely different; p-values were based on 9999 permutations).
