Pinocembrin (PCB) regulates the PI3K/AKT pathway. MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells were incubated with PCB (0, 80, 160, or 240 µM) for 72 h. The expression levels of PTEN, PI3K, total AKT, and phosphorylated AKT were measured. GAPDH was used as an internal control. Protein bands were quantified using Image J software.
