Hematological examination of Nlrc3^−/− and WT mice post-infection. The whole blood was collected on days 3, 6, 9, and 12 post-infection for a routine blood test. The whole blood was centrifuged at 1,500 g for 10 mins at room temperature to obtain serum for biochemical tests.
