(B) As a derivative of pCLG0243, pCGL0482 harbors a chloramphenicol-resistant gene (cat) and some common features of the former plasmid. (C) The integration plasmid pK-KIM contains a kanamycin-resistant gene, MCS, integrase, and origins of replicon oriT RP4 and oripUC19.
