Blood collection and blood count was performed, as described in the ‘Methods‘ section. Counting was accomplished using a 5-part differential blood cell count analyzer (Hemavet, Drew Scientific). (A) Neutrophil count, (B) Lymphocytes, (C) Neutrophil-Lymphocyte ratio (NLR), (D) Eoisinophils, (E) mean platelet volume (MPV) and (F) red blood cell distribution width (RDW) was evaluated in blood of animals exposed to indicated doses of Lewisite, compared to Ethanol (EtOH) control animals. Values are expressed as mean±SEM.
