Female mice trended toward a decrease in immobility after ketamine in the forced test. Immobility behavior (72 hours post-injection) was automatically scored. Females showed lower immobility than males. Females, especially those exposed to UCS, showed a trend toward an therapeutic-like response to ketamine. Error bars: ± SEM.
