A549, H1299, and H1650 cells were transfected with the plasmid expressing Rassf9. Twelve hours post-transfection, cells were treated with 10 μM of U0126 or 10 μM of selumetinib for additional 24 h. Total cell lysates were prepared and subjected to western blot analysis. Actin was used as a loading control.
