Model 1* adjusted for demographic variables: age, sex, education, marital status, ethnicity, living arrangement, residence, and occupation and other nine kind of dietary components; Model 2** added lifestyle variables (tobacco smoking status, alcohol drinking status and current physical activity) and abnormal body weight for adjustment; Model 3*** further adjusted for activity of daily living, leisure activity score, The Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score, and eight kinds of self-reported diseases (COPD, tuberculosis, cancer, cataract, glaucoma, diabetes, stroke and cardiovascular disease) based on Model 2.
