Effect of amino acids on the expression of the luciferase genes in MCF-7-Luc cells. A 125 µl solution containing 100 mM amino acids was transferred into each well of a 12-well plate, followed by freeze-drying. MCF-7-Luc cells suspended in culture medium (1 ml) were added to each well, and luciferase assays were performed after incubation at 37˚C for 48 h.
