In vivo toxicity evaluations of tPF@PCM. (A) Hematological and biochemistry analyses of peripheral blood from different groups of mice at day 15 (n = 3). The results show the mean and standard error of the mean (SEM) of white blood cells (WBC), red blood cells (RBC), hemoglobin (HGB), platelets (PLT), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (CREA), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and aspartate aminotransferase (AST).
