In the absence c, d or presence e, f of PIP5K expression, intracellularly applied poly-L-lysine (PLL, 10 or 30 μg/ml) attenuated the WT-p.G319D concatemer current c, e, with a concomitant shift of activation curves toward positive potentials d, f. The reducing effects of linopirdine and PLL on the WT-p.G319D channel current (n = 10) were compared with the effects on the WT-WT current (n = 6). Mean ± SEM.
