Effects of XPS and XPS5-1 on LPS-induced inflammatory response in ANA-1 cells. Cells were stimulated by LPS (0.5 μg/ml) with the treatment of XPS (25, 50, and 100 μg/ml), XPS5-1 (100 μg/ml), and DEX (20 μM) for 24 h. The cell viability was measured (A).
