Effects of XPS and XPS5-1 on LPS-induced inflammatory response in ANA-1 cells. Cells were stimulated by LPS (0.5 μg/ml) with the treatment of XPS (25, 50, and 100 μg/ml), XPS5-1 (100 μg/ml), and DEX (20 μM) for 24 h. The cell viability was measured (A). The levels of NO (B), TNF-α (C), IL-6 (D), IL-1β (E), and IL-10 (F) in the supernatant were detected (n = 3, means ± SD). * p < 0.05, ** p < 0.01, and *** p < 0.001 vs. the LPS-stimulated group, analyzed by ANOVA and Bonferroni post hoc test.
