The CCK‐8 assay (B), Edu straining assay (C) and flow cytometry assay (D) indicated that knockdown circTASP1 inhibited cell viability and proliferation, while promoted apoptosis in HL60 and THP‐1 cells, and when co‐transfected with anti‐miR‐515‐5p or HMGA2, these effects were reversed.
