Mutation analysis of Pancreatic cancer patients in TCGA database showed lack of IDH1/2 mutation (A). Serum sample analysis of pancreatic cancer patients showed accumulation of 2-HG (B). Isomeric analysis showed L-isomeric form predominantly exist in patient serum sample (C). Pancreatic cancer cell lines showed increased L-2HG in condition media (D) and cell lysates (E) when grown in hypoxic environment. Pancreatic stellate cells predominantly secrete L-2HG when grown in hypoxia (F) with no accumulation inside the cells (G).
