Mislocalizing the mitochondrial motor–adaptor complex to peroxisomes increases peroxisomal motility and is sufficient to make peroxisomal motility subject to regulation by OGT (related to Fig. 3). COS-7 cells expressing Pex-HIS-RFP-Miro or Pex-HIS-RFP-FKBP (control) along with OGT or GFP (control) and treated with LatA or DMSO.
