A high-level view of the original implementation of RELICA as proposed by Artoni et al. (Artoni et al., 2014). Given an EEG dataset, relica first performs a reference decomposition of the whole input data, and then multiple ICA decompositions of bootstrapped versions of the same data (red area). The function relica then clusters the identified ICs from all the decompositions and from this computes a measure of the stability of each IC in the reference decomposition.
