The radiochemical purity was determined by HPLC under conditions as follows: YMC-Triat-C18 column (4.6 mm i.d. × 150 mm, 5 μm); solvent gradient of 10–90% acetonitrile (0.1% trifluoroacetic acid (TFA)), 20 min; flow rate of 1 mL min−1.
