The Memorial Sloan Kettering Center for Young Onset Colorectal Cancer's coordinated clinical program involves gastrointestinal oncology, colorectal surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, radiation oncology, and gastroenterology, as well as support services, such as social work, fertility, sexual health, genetics, nutrition, integrative medicine, and psychology/psychiatry. In addition to these clinical services, patients are also approached for enrollment in research protocols involving tumor profiling, germline testing, and stool collection for microbiome analysis.
