Adjusted hazard ratios (HRs) for all-cause mortality by changes in PA from 2003 to 2008 (baseline) to 2012 (first repeated examination), and followed up for mortality until December 2017 in 18,104 participants of the Guangzhou Biobank Cohort Study, stratified by BMI. Underweight: BMI <18.5 kg/m²; normal: 18.5 kg/m² ≤ BMI < 25.0 kg/m²; overweight: 25.0 kg/m² ≤ BMI < 27.5 kg/m²; obese: BMI ≥ 27.5 kg/m².
